About Creative Bodyworks & Orlando Massage

Since 1994 as my individual practice has grown over the years, I realized that in order to help as many people as possible, I would need to find other massage therapists that share my vision of helping others. This led me to seek out other massage therapists to join me at Creative Bodyworks | Orlando Massage. It’s been so exciting helping educate and mentor other massage therapists. Each massage therapist at Creative Bodyworks shares the same philosophy of providing effective massage therapy to help restore balance to the structure of your body relieving myofascial strain patterns that are contributing to pain and inhibiting mobility and reducing sports performance. We are called Creative Bodyworks because we provide more than just massage therapy in Orlando, Florida.

We at Creative Bodyworks | Orlando Massage provide therapeutic bodywork and massage therapy thinking outside the box to Creatively integrate specific, advanced bodywork and massage therapy techniques. We treat the core source of myofascial pain and dysfunction limiting you from living your life without pain or inhibiting your ability to do the things you love. Our goal is helping you understand the amazing potential for profound changes in your body using advanced bodyworks and Massage therapy.

Our primary massage therapy techniques include Structural Energetic Therapy® (SET), Neuromuscular Massage Therapy, Myofascial Release Massage Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage Therapy and Sports Massage Therapy to not only enhance performance, but to specifically help with injury recovery and prevention.
